I always wanted to be a genius.
So here is the story about my MacBook Pro. Or more about the owner's lame attempt to forestall disaster by inviting it.
The Apple Store "Geniuses" ran it through a harsh Gitmo gabmit of stress tests, and it passed.
Too bad it took until 9PM, three phone calls, including one to Mac Central complaining the Baybrook Mall Store Crowd sounded like a high school party rather than professionals.
So whatever. Just gimme back my Mac please.
Now I have to wait until 11AM (on a Sunday?) Outrageous, to go over there and pick it up with no video chip replacement needed.
You know what will happen.
We both know it.
I will get it back, happily rejoined like long lost family swept once again into loving embrace. I will coo over it, brush lovingly the metal tint with baby cloth, press the "ON" button.... No - I am not going there. Everything will be just FINE!
