Playing With Someone Else's PC is Sorta Fun

This just in: it can be fun to get carte blanche with someone else's computer. One can create all sorts of new bookmarks, favorites, desktop icons - such as to one's blog, for instance.

General blog question. Have any of you out there noticed an increase in spam replies to blog posts, often to posts several months old? My guess is those entries show up on Google search and therefore get tagged and shared. Hmmnn.

Comments

Yes I have. Almost all of my blog comments are spam. Of course, I haven't blogged in a while so ANY comment would be weeks/months old.

I get a few spams on my email, but as soon as I get one, I close the post to comments. Works for me.

So remember how back in the day you used to post videos on here from your mac site? And now they are all from youtube? Is that because you don't want to use up space from your site? Or do they not work so well from there anymore? Or what? Humor me with an email or something and fill me in on that scoop. Because I have a video to share with a few people and don't really want to put it on youtube. It's already on my mac gallery. So what should I do with it?

Mac Gallery is preferable for individual video consumption, but requires the person viewing to have latest version of Quicktime. Some people don't have that and cannot view the videos, but they can on YouTube. I suggest adding that QT suggestion to any emails linking to your Mac Gallery. :)
